Iris is the consummate professional who understands the importance of customer service on the highest level. Never discouraged, always positive and has the ability to find solutions to the most challenging problems.

When Iris was sitting at her desk 20 years ago, she did not think that she would be one of the few to be in the top of her field.  She accomplished this with her strong work ethic, relationships with her clients and her desire to make sure that her customers’ needs were always met.  Through her specialized client-based developments while with Errand Solutions, she became the most successful procurer of new vendors in its company’s history. Iris accepted a new challenge by joining the sales force at the  Journal & Courier and entering the world of advertising and media sales.  Her hard work was rewarded by being named Salesperson of the month multiple times.  Iris always helped her clients to determine the best advertising mediums for their businesses while staying within budget. 

Iris has consistently ranked #1 in comparison with her peers in her overall growth, most notably Kankakee Valley Publishing, where their advertising grew 175% over a 15 month span in her territory.   Even though her numbers are important for company growth, her most basic motivation is for the client.  "She isn't in the job for selfish reasons... she truly cares about her clients and their success is a reflection of her hard work."   Says Emily S.
