CEO, DIGITAL STRATEGIST
KARLA SHELTON
We Want You To Know
Karla Shelton knows performance marketing. Really knows it. Like eat, sleep, breathes performance marketing. Equally important, she knows how to harness its power for customer success. Just ask Mercedes Benz, Proctor & Gamble, Disney Vacation Club, and 3COM/US Robotics. Karla has scored amazing results – and numerous industry awards – for these and other global and national accounts in terms of web traffic, lead generation, data capture and analytics, and the big one, increased revenue.
Today, Karla applies her expertise in all things digital for clients of Find8, the firm she founded with husband Bill Shelton. She focuses on leveraging performance marketing strategies she’s proven in the trenches for small to medium-sized companies with the same big marketing needs as national companies, but whose budgets require more efficiency, creativity and flexibility. The result is a growing client base empowered by Karla and Find8 as its digital marketing back office.
Digital marketing is not for the faint of heart; it’s kind of geeky! Karla is constantly adding to her knowledge base and holds certifications in Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Search Console. She’s achieved expert/advanced status with the latest technologies supporting web development and content management, SEO, CRM, web analytics, online media, email delivery platforms, ad serving platforms, and other e-marketing. Karla also loves her role as a Google Local Guide. Super geek? Absolutely. Great business partner? Even more so.
Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.

NOW, MEET KARLA AFTER HOURS
80's
Oh, how I long for fluorescent, hot pink t-shirts; Depeche Mode concerts; Madonna-white, spiky hair; and acid washed jeans.
MARK CUBAN
When I worked at U.S. Robotics in the 90's, Mark sent me a super nice stereo system to apologize for his bad behavior over a co-marketing deal I made with his company, AudioNet.
TORNADOS
I was in an F5 tornado that ripped through Xenia, OH on April 3, 1974. I still run for the basement when I see black clouds.
CREPES
I make fantastic crepes. A recipe has been handed down for several generations from my Hungarian grandmother's family.
ROLLER COASTERS
Fulfill my inner Evel Kneviel. My dream vacation includes renting an RV and riding the top 10 roller coasters across the US.
MY GIRLS
The two most IMPORTANT women in my life, my daughters, Samantha and Alexandra. They're the best nerds a mother could ask for.
