We Want You To Know
Chelsea came to Find8 with over 9 years of digital and print design. Every day, she gets to use her design chops on anything from websites and online catalogs to billboards and business cards. She graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Visual Communications Design and a minor in History.
NOW, MEET CHELSEA AFTER HOURS
Our resident “taco lady,” Chelsea enjoys a warm tortilla filled with meat and cheese (and don’t forget the sour cream). In her spare time, you can find her hiding in a Hobbit hole, reading a good book or painting a portrait of the nearest wizard.
Family
My husband and I enjoy living in Southern Indiana across the river from Louisville, KY. A lot of our family lives in the Indiana/Kentucky area and will be welcoming our first child this year.
BOOKS
I am obsessed with collecting books and have a small library in my home. Right now, some of my favorite books are Small Spaces by Katherine Arden and The Book of Lost Names by Kristin Harmel.
Art
I love drawing and painting. I’ve been drawing since I was three years old and have piles of sketchbooks that I’ve kept over the years. One day I hope to write, illustrate, and self-publish a children’s picture book.
Exploring
I enjoy traveling with my family. My favorite trip I’ve taken so far was to Arizona with my husband in 2019. I hope to visit all 50 United States in my lifetime and eventually experience traveling overseas!
Movies and TV
Two of my favorite movies are Pride and Prejudice and The Adjustment Bureau. My favorite TV shows right now include Stranger Things, The Mandalorian, and Avatar the Last Airbender.
Humor/Prankster
I always love a good laugh and coming up with pranks (mostly innocent). I once hung up a fake employee of the month certificate for an imaginary employee at a previous job and waited for someone to notice it.
